Request an interpreter for unlawful detainer (eviction), small claims, limited jurisdiction civil (collections and non-collections), unlimited jurisdiction civil, traffic, family law and probate cases.

Step 1 - Before You Start

Look at your court paperwork to make sure you have the following information:

  1. Case Type (Note: Unlawful detainer (eviction) cases are considered civil cases).
  2. Case Number

    If you cannot find your case number, you may search for it online for a fee by going to Search for Case by Name.

    For traffic citations, your case number is the ticket number. If you do not know your ticket number, you may Search for a Ticket with a Driver's License Number.
